Princess Bride!
Katie is our PRINCESS Bride-to-be! I love her new portrait!!! One reason I chose this picture is because I have a portrait of her at age 6 and she has the exact same expression on her face! It is so funny! Laura came in today and had a FIT over her portrait! (I almost felt guilty saying it was MINE! HAHAHA) ! Lindsey Stone did a great job on the pictures! It was a hot day at the Botancial Gardens but both she AND Katie were troopers , even at 9 o'clock in the morning walking around in the heat and still getting great photos! I am also getting a "story board" that shows her dress but don't want to post it just in case JON happens upon the journal! HAHAHA. It is now 100 days until the wedding!!! I can't believe it!!!! Check out her website and see her beautiful china and things she's registered for!

Video clips of Daisy and kemp!
I've been making some video clips and sharing them on the HORNE JOURNAL---Brad's sister's journal in Australia! She started the journal a couple of years ago and it's a great way to keep up with the Aussies! It's awesome, Kristy does a SUPER DUPER job of maintaining it, etc. It's so funny to read about their COLD WEATHER (remember, they are in the midst of winter there!) and see them in sweaters and jackets! Recently, she added some adorable short videos of Thomas, Ants/Karyn's baby (Brad's younger brother's son). They were so cute! She made them with her little camera. Well, my new little Canon makes them too and I usually don't make video clips but decided to start making short ones to post on the HORNE JOURNAL. I bet Kristy wishes she hadn't shown me how! HAHA! I have loaded their journal with them! I can't load but 15 MB on the AOL one but I can load any size on hers!Anyway, here's a couple I made today when I kept Daisy and Kemp for awhile. SO SO PRECIOUS!

Water Babies!
I wish my journal would let me load all the video clips! This is the only one that would load b/c of size! I wish you could see the ones of Kemp/Lily jumping off the diving board! So much fun at Old Overtone on Sunday!

HERE IS OUR SAILOR!!!!! Yes, Lewis Patrick Fry is now a bona fide SAILOR in the USA Navy!!! We just got back from graduation where we spent 3 days in Chicago! What an INCREDIBLE time we had! One of the best trips ever! I don't know if Terry and I have ever been with just Patrick anywhere by himself (remember, he's one of 5 kids!), so that in itself was a treat! Graduation? What can I say? It was PATRIOTIC/MOVING/INSPIRATIONAL/INCREDIBLE! I don't think there was a dry eye in the auditorium when they announced, "Here, ladies and gentlemen are the United States Navy's newest members!" It was awesome! A roar went up in the crowd and everyone cheered and cried!!! ( Check out the little video I made with my little Canon Camera for a few highlights!). I have soooo many pix from FRY-day and Saturday, I'll be adding them off and on but here's a few from just graduation!
Here is the order of the graduation:
Recruit Graduation Review
6 June 2008
0900
Sequence of events:
Arrival Honors to reviewing Officer
National Anthem
Invocation
Navy Hymn
Presentation of the Graduating Divisions
Drill and Music Presentation
Presentation oand Reviewing Officer Remarks
Reviewing the Line
All in all, it was one of the proudest moments in my life. I am so proud of my all my children, and this was one of those moments for Patrick. I think I can sum up how I felt later on that day when we were walking down the street in Chicago with Patrick in his beautiful white dress Navy clothes and a lady ran up and hugged him and said, "Thank You". I almost cried. In fact, I did. Not only our family's hero, but these young men, these sailors, (and all branches of the military) are what keep our country the BEST country in the world. I just know Patricks PawPaw/Grand-daddy was looking down smiling and so proud of their grandson.Almost as proud as his mama and daddy!
Lewis Patrick Fry, your family is so proud and we love you so so so much!! ANCHORS AWEIGH

Driving MISS DAISY (and MIMI!)
Yes, we were DRIVING MISS DAISY (and MIMI) today! Natalie, Daisy and I took Mimi to get her hair done and , afterwards, for a visit. We had a good time, we even had time to run to WalMart while Mimi was getting primped and curled! Daisy also looked pretty in her dress Aunt Judy smocked for her and of course, got LOTS of attention! Everyone wants to SQUEEZE her!! After we picked Mimi up, Daisy was HUNGRY (so was MIMI!) so we went back to Mimi's room and Mimi had her lunch as well as Daisy! We had a really nice time.....
TOMORROW IS THE DAY! HURRAH Tomorrow Terry and I are boarding a plane and flying into Chicago! I am so so SO excited!

Sundays are the best!
Today was Holy Communion Sunday,it being the first Sunday of the month. I can't believe it's June 1! I did the altar and I love using my cross that Brad made for me a few years ago! It's so special to me! Sweet little Daisy was so good she stayed in the worship service the whole service ! And when her mama started singing, she spied her and started waving her chubby little arms and legs and was so excited to see her singing on stage! It was precious!...Notice that Sunday is also NAP DAY on Sunday afternoons! I loved the pix of Terry, Katie and Jon all asleep on the couch! hahahaha
GUESS WHAT????? TERRY AND I HAVE A SAILOR! Patrick has passed BATTLESTATIONS! HURRAH! IN 4 days we will be heading for CHICAGO for his graduation! I CANNOT WAIT! MORE TO COME!
