CHEERS! we're here! (Brad enjoying the Bloody Mary I made for him!).Today is Saturday and we arrived yesterday afternoon to a beautiful day in Destin! Kemp immediately wanted to go the bridge and he did! (it's right in our backyard). The ducks gave Kemp a big welcome, actutally , they were looking for bread and Kemp shared some of his cookie. He said, "GranJan, the ducks don't like the icing!" He was right, they didn't ! HAHA...Brad cooked out TUBE STEAKS (aka hot dogs!) ! YUM! Jon arrived just in time for hodos. Nat/Brad took Kemp to THE TRACK (his favorite place!) and Jon/Katie took a stroll on the beach while I watched Miss D! She fell asleep immediately after her big day! ....Today we woke up to a cloudy day , and soon it was raining. The first time I can ever remember being here during rain! Brad fixed an incredible breakfast for everyone! Egg McBrads!!! then, we played CATCH PHRASE and just enjoyed chilling out. It's 5:00 now and while it's still overcast, it's not raining so Jon/Brad and Kemp are heading to the beach to, as Kemp says, "EXPLORE!" Nat/Daisy/KT are half asleep and GranJan is doing what GranJan does best---going thro pix I've made with my NEW Camera (Katie gave me a new one for Mother's Day) and adding them to my computer! Tonight we're fixing shrimp (Kemp/Jon/Brad went to get it) and twice baked potatoes! ....ALSO, we brought PAT-PAT THE BEAR down here, too! I have been printing them out and have the already to mail to Patrick! He was a little sad abou us going to be at the beach without him but I want him to see we didn't forget him! So, check out the bear on the patio! more tomorrow (of course!)

We're here!
