We left the church around 8:30 A.M. last Thursday (Sept.6). We had soooooooo much fun on the bus---We had snacks and BINGO to keep us happy (and the best bus driver in the whole world)! We drove up thro Tennessee, Kentucky and finally Illinois. We arrived @ 5:30----raining most of the way (which it continued to do the entire trip). As we rounded the corner to "Our Lady of the Snows" there in the sky were the 3 rainbows! I almost freaked out! I jumped off the bus and started my picture taking frenzy that continued the next 4 days! We unloaded the bus and then headed for the dinner (at the resturant on the premises). Delish! I spotted the GIFT SHOP immediately! HAHA! An ANGEL carousel with angels spinning around DID catch my attention! We unpacked and had a good night's rest for the next day's adventures.
